These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and ColorIgual ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the ColorIgual mobile application (the "App"). By using our platform, you agree to indemnify ColorIgual against any legal consequences resulting from unauthorized use of our services or violation of these terms.

3. User Responsibilities and Compliance

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of ColorIgual complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. You must not use our app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Users are prohibited from attempting to access, collect, or share other users' personal information. This includes any attempts to:

Access other users' accounts or profiles

4. License to Use ColorIgual

Provided you comply with these Terms of Use, ColorIgual grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the app. This license is strictly for personal entertainment and educational purposes.

Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the app
Use automated tools, scripts, bots, or data extraction methods to access the app

Subscription and Premium Features

5. Refund Policy for ColorIgual

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are generally only available under the following conditions:

You are within the first 7 days of your subscription purchase or renewal
The subscription was not used excessively or in violation of our Terms of Service
Technical issues caused by ColorIgual that could not be resolved within a reasonable time after being reported
Accidental or duplicate payments through the app stores

2. No Refunds for Inactive Accounts

We do not provide refunds for unused or inactive accounts. If you forget to cancel your subscription and it renews automatically, you are still responsible for that charge. Please manage your subscription settings through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

Include your name, email address, subscription plan, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
Provide your app store receipt or transaction ID
Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days

4. Pro-Rated Refunds

If you cancel your subscription within the eligible refund period, you may receive a pro-rated refund based on the number of unused days in the billing period.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund requests will not be approved for:

Requests made after 7 days of subscription purchase
Promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing
One-time purchases of premium content or features
Account termination due to violation of Terms of Service
Refunds processed directly through app stores (these follow app store policies)

6. Payment Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, processing will depend on your original payment method:

App Store purchases: Refunds are processed through Apple or Google according to their policies
Direct purchases: Refunds take 7-14 business days to appear in your account

7. Changes to This Policy

ColorIgual reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting updates within the app or via email.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

To maintain a positive experience for all users, you agree not to:

Use the app to harass, intimidate, or harm other users
Submit false information or impersonate others
Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or gain unfair advantages
Share inappropriate content through social features
Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the app
Interfere with the app's security features or functionality

7. Account Management and Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Providing accurate and up-to-date account information

8. Third-Party Services

ColorIgual integrates with third-party services including:

RevenueCat: For subscription and purchase management
Analytics services: For app performance monitoring
App stores: Apple App Store and Google Play Store
Social platforms: For sharing achievements and progress

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them as we are not responsible for third-party practices.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

ColorIgual is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may temporarily suspend the app for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLORIGUAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ColorIgual at any time for violations of these Terms or suspicious activity. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device and canceling any active subscriptions through your app store account.

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in accordance with local jurisdiction requirements.
